Dear Readers,

Today, I’d like to take some of your time to truly explain just how much this one book has fundamentally changed my financial life. And why I wish the same outcome for you. Because with the way the world is right now, a dose of how better days ahead could be in your future sounds most appealing!

But first, a question for you: have you ever wondered why a select few do very well for themselves during recessionary times, whilst the majority suffer?

Perhaps your first thought is: well, they are just lucky, they know the right people. Or maybe you feel they are rich already and can afford the help to correctly guide and protect them during the chaos of a sustained downturn?

I contend that’s the wrong question to be asking. Instead, ask this; what is it they ‘know’ that no-one else does?

If you’re reading today’s news, popular economists will tell you AI will make any recession worse because it will drive the unemployment rate. Other economists will say it’s war or high interest rates that will likely create the next recession.

Some powerful arguments, but I respectfully disagree.

There is a powerful economic cycle that drives the engine of the entire economy, and I know for certain almost no economist alive today is even aware of it.

It’s the 18.6-year real estate cycle.

We are entering a very crucial time. It is a specific part of the 18.6-year real estate cycle that we call the ‘mania phase’ or ‘Winner’s Curse.’

It is a time in every cycle where a huge conundrum presents itself to all prospective house buyers. On the one hand, availability of credit has never been easier, but within a backdrop of house prices that have never been this expensive in history. Thus, if you win an auction and buy your dream home, you’re now cursed with unfathomable amounts of debt.

The winners curse. I don’t really want that to happen to you!

This is why I’m exclusively sharing with you a very special podcast as a valued Property Cycle Investor (PCI) reader.

This podcast celebrates the 17th birthday of a book that changed my life, forever. That book is The Secret Life of Real Estate and Banking. It was written by my mentor and business partner, Phillip J. Anderson.

You will hear from ordinary people who are just like you about their experience of how they’re benefitting from the cycle and use the information to make their life extraordinary.

My good mate Jonathan Brown from Shepheard-Walwyn is the host of the show. He kicks things off with a clear warning to reiterate that the global economy is heading into the “Winner’s Curse”. But if you know how to read the cycle, you can forecast the market, and you can protect your family from a crash.

First, you will hear from Jason Pizzino. He is a very smart investor and popular on YouTube. Jason applies the 18-year real estate cycle to time his own real estate and crypto trades. He first discovered the cycle back in 2012.

Next up is Noor Bosra. Noor is a brilliant author, investor, and a friend of Phil. He talks about how accurate Phil’s predictions are. Noah watched Phil call the exact bottom of the market back in 2011.

Then, the podcast brings in a true legend. You will hear from Fred Harrison. Fred is the man who inspired Phil’s work. Fred wrote a famous book in 1983 called The Power in the Land. He used his knowledge to accurately predict the big real estate crash in 1990.

One of my favorite parts of the show is the interview with Cathy Stacey. Now, Cathy is a business owner, everyday investor, and a dear friend of mine. Her story will hit you right in the heart. During the 2008 global financial crash, she watched her close family members lose almost everything in Dubai. She needed to know why the crash happened so she could protect her family in the future.

I also make an appearance on the podcast! I talk about my own journey. I studied history and economics in school. But guess what? They never taught me a single thing about land. The most important part of the economy was completely hidden from me. Once I read Phil’s book, my eyes were opened. I started to see the hidden economics of land everywhere. I will talk about how I used this knowledge in the real world. So much so that I ended up working with Phil!

Finally, you will hear from PSE director Akhil Patel. Akhil is a best-selling author and an economic forecaster. He explains how the big banks make the cycle even wilder. When the cycle turns down, problems in the banks cause the real panic.

This podcast is packed with practical tips on how to use this knowledge to get yourself ahead financially. When you know how to tell the time on the economic clock, you gain a massive edge. You have a huge advantage over the rest of the market. You will not get shaken out when the news gets scary.

It makes sense to get all the help you can. The mass media and governments will be no help whatsoever as the upcoming peak turns to bust. This video is exactly the type of information you need.

It is time to take your life to the absolute next level.

I truly hope the sheer breadth of people interviewed here gives justice to the work Phil accomplished via his book. It really is a remarkable podcast again from Shepheard Walwyn.

The time to get prepared for what’s coming is now.  I truly hope you take full advantage of the time remaining for you.

Once again, thank you for being a valued PCI member.

Best Wishes,
