A genuine meeting of minds.
Phillip J Anderson interviewing Fred Harrison.

Phil Anderson is the acclaimed author of The Secret Life of Real Estate and Banking. Since 1991, he has provided prescient economic forecasts in property and the stock market.
In 2001 for example, Phil successfully called the economic peak that occurred in 2007.
He suggested that people prepare for a major economic bust to follow. This ended up being what we now know as the Global Financial Crisis of 2008/09.
In addition, when the world was sure the crisis would continue Phil said that the opposite would happen, predicting that from 2010 the recovery would begin and would be led by US stocks.

Fred Harrison is notable for his stance on land reform and belief that an over-reliance on land, property and mortgage weakens economic structures and makes companies vulnerable to economic collapse.
His first book, The Power in the Land (1983), predicted the economic crisis of 1992. He followed this with a 10-year forecast (published in The Chaos Makers 1997) that a global financial crisis would be triggered when house prices peaked in 2007.
He studied economics at Oxford, first at Ruskin College and then at University College, where he read Philosophy, Politics and Economics.
The interview is Available EXCLUSIVELY to Property Sharemarket Economics (PSE) members.

Thanks Phil, Fred, and the team! Solid gold! Compelling and fascinating viewing! I know it’s a essentially a summary of what has been said before, but still worth the price of the subscription on its own.

Amazing content, well done and thank you! I love Fred’s optimism for a world where people aim to change the global economic platform/fiscal system. But I share Phil’s pessimism in that I believe the world population is not going to swallow/implement something that is so different from the status quo in the next couple of years, before the end of this cycle that is.
-Peter
OMG! I’m sooo excited to listen to this. Thank you graciously. I’m so very appreciative for your efforts to change the world and allowing us to come along and see the view.
-Eric
Thank you for the videos. They got to the heart of the questions we all have in mind.
