This presentation will demonstrate how the real estate cycle (in reality, a land price cycle) is limiting America’s ability to find justice and real freedom for its people.  The speaker will do this with the help of an examination of 300 years of American history, ending with some forecasts for the American economy for the next five years, and a brief discussion on how to have a very good idea of how the US economy will unfold in the next five years, using the study of history.

Along the way, the talk will explore the structure of banking, government-granted licenses and privileges, and land value.
