If there is one thing Covid-19 showed us – as if we needed reminding – is just how fragile the economy is AND how perilous your wages can be.
Surely it’s time for a Universal Basic Income, sometimes known as a ‘Citizen’s Dividend’? Which is what I’ve spent a good deal of my time studying over the years.
But…
Whenever I use Facebook to try and tell you a bit about it, like this say:
“You’ve probably been taught that nations cannot function without government. It’s OK. We were all taught that.
But it’s a lie.
In fact, eliminating the need for governments, all taxes and all of our paid politicians is really simple to do. I mean, look around you. How bad can government get now?”
Or like this:
“It seems to me, to get really rich, really quick these days just become a politician and take charge of your government.”
Facebook does this:
It seems I can talk about most other things, but NOT how to take government out of our lives.
