The Kondratieff wave is a price wave that has peak and trough periods that are referred to as “wars of expansion”. The “wars of expansion” represent the two ideologies squaring off against one another in each rise on each upside of the wave in commodity prices. Phil wrote that this could be related and repeated in current events. Phil guessed that the two ideologies might be the US vs China and the various Taiwan disputes.
